Five ways to run it.
The same AuditHD in every form. Choose by where your data must live and who should run the servers, not by which features you need.
| SaaS, shared | SaaS, dedicated | Your cloud | On-premises | Air-gapped | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who runs it | SMH Global Services | SMH Global Services, one instance for you | Your team, or us under contract | Your IT team, with our support | Your IT team |
| Where data lives | Our regional service; your organisation isolated from others | The country you choose | Your cloud account or an in-country cloud | Your data centre | An isolated network |
| Install | Nothing to install | One command on a Linux server with Docker, or a systemd service | Same, from an offline image archive | ||
| Updates | By us | One command; a backup is taken first | Transfer the new package in, then one command | ||
| AI | Any approved provider | Any approved provider or on-premises models | Rules engine or on-premises models | ||
| Licence | Subscription | Offline signed licence file: licensed users, modules, and a term or a perpetual licence with maintenance | |||
| Features | Identical in all five | ||||
Runs where your data has to stay.
Banks in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Pakistan often need audit data kept in-country or on their own servers. AuditHD is built for that.
| SaaS | On-premises | Air-gapped | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who runs it | SMH Global Services | Your IT team, with our support | Your IT team, installed from an offline package |
| Where data lives | A cloud region agreed with you | Your data centre | Your isolated network |
| AI options | Any approved provider | Your choice, including on-premises models | Rules engine or on-premises models |
| Updates | Automatic | One command, with a backup first | From an image archive you transfer in |
| Typical buyer | Audit and consulting firms | Banks and regulated companies | Banks with strict separation rules |
Installed in an afternoon.
The on-premises package includes everything: the application, PostgreSQL 16, an HTTPS proxy and an operations script. Your IT team answers a few questions and the script does the rest.
