Trademarks
AuditHD™, the AuditHD logo (the ledger mark with the gold tick) and MARS™ (Management Awareness Rating System) are trademarks of SMH Global Services. They may not be used, including in company, product or domain names, advertising or social media, without our written permission. Customers and partners may use the name AuditHD to describe, accurately, how they use the product.

The AuditHD software (the application, the provider console, the on-premises edition and the public demo), its documentation, its methodology including the MARS™ rating method, its country-pack content (requirement descriptions, checklists and regulatory calendars), and this website with its text, images and design are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
AuditHD is licensed, not sold. Its use is governed by the customer's licence or subscription agreement. It may not be copied, modified, reverse engineered, resold or made available to others except as that agreement allows.
Names of other organisations
The names of regulators, standards and frameworks on this site (for example SAMA, NCA, SBP, ISO, NIST, COSO, CMMI and PCI DSS) and the names and logos of our clients belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse AuditHD, and AuditHD is not affiliated with any regulator or standards body. ISO and IEC standards are referred to by clause number only; their text is not reproduced, and customers need their own copies.
Open-source software
AuditHD includes open-source components, used under their own licences.
